His hands-on expertise in Critical Care and Pulmonary billing enables PulmoCare RCM to navigate complex coding, payer rules, and reimbursement challenges with precision.

Manjula began her career as a medical biller, gaining hands-on experience across payments, AR, and client coordination. Her strong operational foundation enabled her to lead high-performing teams focused on improving billing accuracy, AR resolution, and payer compliance—particularly in Pulmonary and specialty billing environments.

As Vice President of RCM at PulmoCare RCM, Manjula plays a critical role in shaping billing strategies aligned with the company’s mission and vision. He holds a postgraduate degree in Banking Management and is passionate about building sustainable, people-centric organizations.
